Companies must file annual returns (MGT-7), financial statements (AOC-4), conduct board meetings (minimum 4 per year), hold Annual General Meeting, maintain statutory registers, and comply with director KYC (DIR-3 KYC) requirements annually.

LLP registration requires minimum 2 partners (at least 2 designated partners who are individuals), name reservation through RUN-LLP, filing FiLLiP form with required documents, and drafting LLP agreement within 30 days of incorporation.

Trademark registration involves conducting a comprehensive search, filing TM-A application with appropriate class selection, responding to examination reports if any, publication in trademark journal, and obtaining registration certificate. The process takes 12-18 months on average.

Startup India registration provides DPIIT recognition offering benefits like tax exemptions under Section 80-IAC, self-certification for labour and environment laws, fast-track patent examination, and access to Fund of Funds and other government schemes.

FEMA compliance includes reporting foreign direct investment through FC-GPR filing, transfer of shares to/from non-residents via FC-TRS, ODI compliance for overseas investments, annual RBI reporting, and adherence to foreign exchange regulations for all cross-border transactions.
